Right of Withdrawal

You have 30 days, starting from the day you receive your package, to return or exchange your items.


 

Returns

Inside EU:

How to make a return:

1. Pack your items, preferably using the same bag or box your order was delivered in.

2. Register your return at madlady.com/returns and receive a QR code.

3. Scan the QR code at your postal agent, and they will print a shipping label for you to attach to the package.

The return shipping fee is 6,95 EUR within Europe and will be deducted from your refund. For returns from outside Europe, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

 

Outside EU:

1. Pack your items, preferably using the same bag or box your order was delivered in.

2. Register your return at madlady.com/returns. Then you will receive our return address.

3. Purchase a shipping label as we do not send shipping labels to countries outside of the EU. Preferably choose a shipping method that is traceable.

Since you pay the return yourself, we will not deduct a return fee.

 

Exchanges

Inside EU:

- Return shipping is free of charge when exchanging items.

- Register your exchange at madlady.com/returns with your email address and order number.

- Select the item you want to exchange for. Once we have received your return, a new order will be created and shipped, provided the item is in stock.

- No new payment will be made – your original payment remains in place.

Outside EU:

- Simply place a new order on the website for the item you want to exchange to.

- We will refund the item you returned once we have processed it our warehouse.

 

Refunds

- It may take up to 14 business days from the time your return arrives at our warehouse before it is processed.

- Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

- Refunds for card payments are made within 3–5 business days.

- Refunds for invoice payments are made within 5–7 business days.

- If you have not received your funds after receiving confirmation, please contact us at hello@madlady.com.


 

Complaints

- If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

- Include your order number and a photo showing the defect.

- We will provide instructions on how to return the item or receive a replacement.


 

Uncollected Packages

For packages that are not collected, a fee of 18 EUR will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.
