Right of Withdrawal

You have 30 days, starting from the day you receive your package, to return or exchange your items.

Returns

How to make a return:

1. Pack your items, preferably using the same bag or box your order was delivered in.

2. Register your return at madlady.com/returns and receive a QR code.

3. Scan the QR code at your postal agent, and they will print a shipping label for you to attach to the package.

The return shipping fee is 6,95 EUR and will be deducted from your refund. 

Exchanges

Return shipping is free of charge when exchanging items.

How to make an exchange:

1. Register your exchange at madlady.com/returns with your email address and order number.

2. Select the item you want to exchange for. As soon as the return is handed in at a postal service point, the new item will be shipped, provided it is in stock.

No new payment will be made – your original payment remains in place.

Refunds

- It may take up to 14 business days from the time your return arrives at our warehouse before it is processed.

- Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

- Refunds for card payments are made within 3–5 business days.

- Refunds for invoice payments are made within 5–7 business days.

- If you have not received your funds after receiving confirmation, please contact us at hello@madlady.com.

Complaints

- If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

- Include your order number and a photo showing the defect.

- We will provide instructions on how to return the item or receive a replacement.

Uncollected Packages

For packages that are not collected, a fee of 18 EUR will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.
